After 16 wonderful years living and running a family-owned real estate and vacation rental business on Hilton Head Island, SC, Kimberly relocated her family to East Tennessee. She now serves as the managing Broker and partner at Realty Works, bringing over 30 years of experience to the business. Melanie Sunshine's extensive background in title work, honed during her years of operating a local title company before becoming a Realtor in 2012, provides exceptional value to our clients. Melanie now serves as a Broker and partner at Realty Works, bringing over 20 years of experience to the business. Both Kimberly and Melanie are full-time Realtors who are passionate about working with buyers and sellers to achieve their real estate goals.
